GrazierHQ came out of a need to more efficiently run our grazing business. We grew tired of switching between many tools and the time it took just to quote a project.
After searching for a tool that fit the way targeted grazing businesses actually work, we decided to create our own. GrazierHQ is designed to handle the entire workflow from a new lead through site visits, maps, estimates, agreements, field work, payments, and follow-up grazes.

I built GrazierHQ after experiencing the same problem many grazing businesses face: the work was spread across email, maps, spreadsheets, calendars, documents, and payment tools. Quoting a project took too long, and keeping every detail connected was harder than it needed to be.
GrazierHQ grew out of the system we needed in our own targeted grazing business. It is shaped by real site visits, estimates, agreements, field work, photos, invoices, and follow-up grazes, not a generic office workflow.
My goal is simple: help graziers spend less time piecing together paperwork and more time running profitable, well-organized projects.
